You receive free group term life insurance as a member of Summit’s team. In addition, you and your dependents can also participate in a voluntary supplemental plan for life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. 

In the event of an injury or illness, we provide long-term disability insurance and a voluntary short-term disability plan that provides coverage for up to six months. 


Traditional 401(k) & Roth 401(k) Retirement Accounts 

Just as we have a vision for our future, we want to help you plan for yours. When you participate in the 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, your pre-tax contributions reduce your taxable income, and any earnings accumulate tax-free until you withdraw them. You can also choose a Roth plan and make post-tax contributions, so any gains are not taxable.  

You’ll be 100% vested in your contributions, whichever plan you select. If you have funds from other 401(k) or IRA plans, you can roll them over to Summit’s plan. 


Profit Sharing 

You can also accrue retirement dollars with Summit’s Retirement Profit Sharing Plan—our qualified employer-contributed pension plan where no matching funds are required. 


Monthly Incentives 

When Summit is successful, so are you! We provide a variable incentive payout based on your location’s monthly profitability. Our Incentive Profit Sharing Plan encourages everyone to work together to increase profits and decrease expenses. Your incentive is a direct benefit of a successful sales month.
