Micah Carlton joined Summit Electric Supply in 2022 as the Chief Human Resources Officer with responsibilities over human resource strategy, talent development, and culture.

Micah brings over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources with a successful track record of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining Summit, Micah spent the last 10 years with TT Electronics, a global manufacturer of electronics and components to the aerospace, healthcare and automotive industries. As Vice President of Human Resources for TT Electronics, he led the human resource function for two of its three global business units.

Micah holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from Baylor University.
